I have looked and the real estate market is improving quickly for Tallahassee.

We have an 8 month supply, as of january 2013.. apparently standard is 6 months.

Looks like people are quickly moving to our beautiful city!

It almost seems like Chance could single handedly develop the entire Gaines Street corridor! I absolutely love that company!!

From recent commission mtg, staff report on Gaines: "Construction is expected to begin soon for the Catalyst mixed-use student apartments on Madison Street. When completed, the development will include approximately 128 apartments, 3,650 square feet of retail space, garage, off-street private and public parking. Chance Partners estimates the capital investment of this development at nearly $21.0 million. The CRA has committed $911,800 in support of the project."
