Description: Proposed for the plaza level of the Tallahassee Community College Capitol Center is a new Information Technology (IT) training center. The square footage of the proposed project area is currently undisclosed. In conjunction with the development to fit new Center for Innovation, a new Starbucks is under development. Future interior upgrades are anticipated in connection with this project details for which will be provided on this page when they are made available. The 34,207 SF Tallahassee Community College Capitol Center was originally constructed in 1997 as the Odyssey Science Center, later changed to the Mary Brogan Museum of Art and Science. WTXL-ABC 27 also occupies space on the plaza level of this building.
