ISSUE - I’m writing this column because I’m pretty salty. My street doesn’t have a sidewalk, and it’s not going to get one.

Public Private Partnership could repair or replace city's Eastside parking garage downtown, creating as many as 1,100 new parking spots for downtown and future Loews Hotel.

INSTITUTIONAL - What began as a project to remedy structural damage on the Florida Capitol grounds has potential to be a development that could birth new impressions of a nearly 200-year old Capital City.
