Description: The proposed project is located on 1.33 acres at the northeast corner of South Calhoun Street and East Jefferson Street. The project is the construction of a 19-story, 575,840 square foot mixed-use building. Uses within the building will include a 270-280 room hotel, 33 residential condominiums, 57,561 square feet of office and four restaurants. The applicant is requesting four deviations to the development standards. 1. A deviation from the 12-story maximum building height to 19 stories on the South Gadsden Street elevation. 2. A deviation to reduce the ten-foot sidewalk width requirement on South Gadsden Street to 9.75 feet. 3. A deviation to eliminate the liner building requirement. 4. A deviation to allow the recycle container to be located in the first layer. The property is zoned CC (Central Core) and is located within the MMTD (Multi-Modal Transportation District), Downtown Overlay.
