Based on reporting, site of Monroe street ER is going to be just north of I-10 on 6 acres. The only vacant property I can find that fits that description is 4 parcels combined in front of Woodmont senior care facility just south of Walmart. The combined size of the 4 parcels is 5.824 and they are currently listed as owned by two owners. Being in front of a senior care center would give it some good synergy. Also, Patients First is just down the road, another good synergy.

The parcel numbers are:
2115514531155
2115514501120
2115514501135
2115514531125

They are on corner of North Monroe and OKEEHEEPKEE RD

Good investigative work! I looked into permitting activity for these parcels and they did, in-fact obtain LUC for rezoning to allow an emergency medical facility.
