Description: Located on 3.96 acres on the southwest corner of Apalachee Parkway and Goodbody Lane. The proposed project is for the demolition of the two existing buildings and the construction of a 5,912 square foot restaurant, a 7,473 square foot restaurant and associated parking. The applicant is also requesting four deviations to the development standards in order to: 1) allow Restaurant A to face south, into the parking lot, instead of toward the street; 2) increase the maximum side corner building setback of 15 feet to 181 feet for Restaurant A; 3) increase the maximum front setback of 15 feet to 22 feet on Restaurant B; and, 4) increase the maximum side building setback of 25 feet to 50 feet for Restaurant B. The properties are zoned AC Activity Centers District and is located within the Multi-Modal Transportation District.
