Description: This is Phase 2 of the housing replacement project that will provide an additional 912 beds in two stand alone buildings totaling 208,858 SF. These buildings will replace the rooms eliminated with the demolition of Dorman and Deviney Halls. The typical suite will house four persons in two separate bedrooms with a shared bath. Amenities include common kitchens, study spaces, recreational space, lobby and lounge. Other building features include the Living Learning seminar room and Model Resident Room. Phasae 2 also incorporates an entertaining and dining venue with several food concepts and common areas as part of the street level facade.
