Description: Proposed is the redevelopment of 3 parcels totaling 1.034 acre with three buildings currently located on site. The project would demolish all existing improvements and construct a 5-story mixed-use building with commercial (general retail) on the first level, (24) 1,000 SF residential units on floors 2-4 (8-units per floor) and a roof-top bar on the 5th floor (80% of roof). Currently, development as proposed would require 116 parking spaces, however developers current plans only call for 58 spaces with an additional 20 spaces off-site. The developer also currently proposes adding 10 bicycle spaces. This development is situated in the CU-45 (MMTD, Multi-Modal Transportation District).
