URBAN UPDATE -This February 2016 Urban Update features projects in Tallahassee's southeast quadrant -- a geographic area we define as south of US Highway 90 (Mahan Drive) and east of Monroe Street within Leon County and mostly within the limits of the City of Tallahassee.
