Lullwater Apartments Impact Traffic on Blair Stone Road Next Week

RESIDENTIAL - Starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 26, and lasting through 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, Blair Stone Road will be closed to through traffic between Paul Russell Road and Capital Circle, weather permitting.

A private contractor will be completing infrastructure enhancements that will serve a the new Lullwater Apartment Development in the area. Detours will be clearly marked, which includes directing northbound traffic on Capital Circle to Tram Road and southbound traffic on Capital Circle to Orange Avenue.

Access to the businesses near the corner of Blair Stone Road and Capital Circle (Southwood) will be maintained at all times.

The Lullwater Apartment development is a 26.23 acre vacant parcel where construction of a 244 unit apartment complex consisting of 14 buildings is proposed. The units breakdown as (98) 1-bedroom units, (110) 2 bedroom units and (36) 3 bedroom units. There will be 570 parking spaces developed within the development, 382 regular, 44 garage, 20 tandem in front of garage, and 11 handicap. 56 bicycle parking spaces will also be provided. The property is zoned English PUD and is situated on S Blairstone Road between Capital Circle SW and Orange Avenue.
