Description: Proposed for the existing building, originally constructed in 1969 containing 19,792 SF is a conversion from a bank to a business occupancy for FSU. The uses will include office, educational/meeting spaces supporting entrepreneurism and flex meeting spaces supporting events and pop up retail. Per Land Use Certificate filed November 30, 2015, if any changes to the facade of the building are proposed, Section 10-284.2(a)(9), Transparency, must be met. The property is located in the MMTD (Multi-Modal Transportation District) Central Core.

About Jim Moran Institute: A 1995 contribution from Jim and Jan Moran and JM Family Enterprises established the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship at the Florida State University College of Business with additional support through the years.
