Location: 101 South Adams Street, 17th Floor of  DoubleTree Hotel

The DoubleTree’s new signature addition to Tallahassee’s skyline is coming into focus. Eve on Adams will be the venue’s name when it opens in the spring. The upscale rooftop cocktail lounge will have a focused theme that will be evident through the use of materials, lighting and custom features.

Beyond its unique location, perched above the 16-story hotel, Eve on Adams will feature two unique components: the first is a tree sculpture suspended from the roof structure that has been constructed by FSU’s Master Craftsman Studio. The tree will feature lighting and crystal accents along with a few surprises. The second will be a custom mural installation by local artist Cosby Hayes. Designers, Architects Lewis + Whitlock have been working closely with both consultants to help bring the themed interior together.

The 17th-floor elevator frame is now attached to the building and each of the visible star towers have been constructed. The pre-manufactured exterior panel systems that have been flying overhead downtown are now installed and the crane has been removed from Adams Street. Exterior glazing and finishes are well underway.

Below are hot off the press renderings of the interior spaces by Architects Lewis + Whitlock, exterior patio and accent lighting that will be visible from the Park Ave and Adams Street areas.
